SUCS is a not-for-profit society that relies on membership fees in order to run exciting activities for Chemistry researchers at Sydney University. The SUCS committee members volunteer their time to run all events, meaning that all membership income contributes towards the provision of activities and services to our members.
Yearly membership costs are listed below.
- Honours students: Free (with the expectation that these students will help sell safety PPE to first years at the beginning of the year)
- Masters/PhD students: $10
- ECR/Academic/Technical staff: $30
Discounts are available for 3-year membership!
You can sign up for membership online through our square site. Alternatively, you can arrange to meet our treasurer in person and pay by cash or card. This contact information is located on the Committee page.
Please remember that your membership will need to be renewed each calendar year. If you need to check your membership status, you can ask if you are a member for the current calendar year by emailing our treasurer.
